As far as the graphics are concerned, they are about as basic as they can get, but that’s usually not a problem in poker games anyway. Not much work went into the backgrounds either, but somehow you still feel the change whenever you travel to a new city. The music and the sound effects can get on your nerves as well, but at least they can be turned off when you have had enough.
In-app purchases that might ruin the mood
All in all, Poker World is a pretty solid game, but the number of chips at your disposal is limited, even if you can only play with bots in single player. Thus, if you run out you must purchase more using real money, which is a bit of an annoyance to say the least.
